We treat your health-adjacent data as sensitive. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and strictly isolated per user — no one else can see your profile, protocols, biomarkers, or coach history.

What we store

Your account, profile, saved research protocols, dose logs, biomarker values you enter, and your coach conversation. We record AI token usage to operate the service.

Lab PDFs

Uploaded lab PDFs are processed to extract values and are not retained afterward unless you explicitly ask us to keep them.

Your control

You can export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account and everything in it from your data controls.

Not a HIPAA-covered entity

Titria is a consumer research tool, not a HIPAA-covered entity, and does not exchange protected health information with providers. We nonetheless keep security hygiene high.
